Accommodations feature furnished private, semi-private and ward rooms, with large windows, ample closet space and individual heat controls. Central air conditioning provides comfort during Windsor’s hot summer months.

Regular laundry service and housekeeping, three homemade meals per day and snacks are some of our amenities. Wide corridors, handrails and a security system help make Bruce Villa a safe environment for our residents. The facility is wheelchair and handicap accessible. Superior 24 hour nursing care, including medical supervision, bathing assistance, shaving, dressing and attention to personal needs remain our focus. Our staff believe in personal attention and offer genuine friendship for each resident. Residents may retain their own physician or access our in-house doctor.

A variety of activities are offered to residents, including monthly field trips, walks, exercise programs, gardening, parties, games and craft classes.Regular multi-denominational religious services, convenient hairdresser hours and resident trust services are available.

Short term stays for convalescence from illness or surgery and for family vacation respite are easily arranged to suit your needs. A special Respite Care unit is available for short and longer respite stays.

Assistance with obtaining Government funding is available.

Bruce Villa is licensed and inspected annually by the City of Windsor Licensing and Social Services Departments.
